Capabilities
BNB is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment
including high-speed 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machining
centers, turning and grinding, wire EDM,
and custom built, in-house finishing facilities.
To maintain quality integrity and adherence to the
most precise tolerances, BNB's manufacturing and
process inspection utilizes a closed-loop quality verification system which aligns
highly accurate CMM data to a solid model or blueprint specifications. BNB's broad
manufacturing operations and technology provide the capbility to do short-run
production, even one-piece part flow, quick turn-around for prototype or product
development work, and expertly handle major production and/or palletized runs.

Materials
BNB machines most metals including Stainless Steel,
Titanium, Nickel, Inconel, and various other materials
common to the many industries BNB serves. Primarily,
BNB machines from bar stock, castings, and forgings.

Specialists in multi-axis contoured machining, BNB
provides services for producing simple parts to
complex, high tolerance semi-finished and finished
