Tool Shop
At BNB, all required tooling and gaging is designed and produced in-house, right here in our state-of-the-art tool shop. Our customers frequently realize substantial cost-savings due to this in-house capability. No sending out to vendors for expensive tooling and gaging services. Our lead times to you are usually shortened as a result, enabling BNB to provide faster service and delivery. |

Wire EDM
This wire EDM machine is located in our tooling department and is a perfect example of our ability to produce custom, complex tooling, fixturing and gaging when the need arises. This is a capability that many of our competitors cannot offer without increased cost and lead times. |

Finishing
Our custom Finishing Department is staffed by experienced craftsmen who take great pride in the quality of their work. Polishing is performed for cosmetic, visual appearance only. Our machining processes are controlled to close tolerances because our finishing techniques are so advanced that parts are never machined "heavy" to accommodate polishing. Our polishing operations will not cause parts to fall out-of-tolerance. |

Quality Control & Quality Assurance
Our Quality Control & Quality Assurance departments realize that accurate and reliable inspection methods are critical to the consistent production of Customer product. We use a closed-loop verification system which aligns highly accurate measurements provided by any one of our (3) CMMs to the solid model or blueprint. We can inspect parts to exacting Customer requirements. Airfoil analysis software checks all airfoil parameters and is configurable to Customer-specific requirements. |
